The Fund Transfers page lets you request a withdrawal of funds
from your KW account or an internal fund transfer to another KW account. KW
supports the following kinds of withdrawal requests:
● Wire
● US ACH transfer initiated at KW (US accounts
only)
● Check (only available for US currency; your
mailing address must be in the US)
● Canadian EFT transfer (Canadian accounts only)
● SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) Initiated at KW
To request a cash withdrawal from your KW account

Click Funds
Management in the left pane, then click Fund Transfers.

If the Secure Login System page opens, this means that your
account is enrolled in the Secure Login System and you must use your security
device to log into the Withdrawals & Transfers page:

Enter your username, then click OK.

Read the instructions on the screen carefully, then enter
the response string from your security device or temporary password and click
OK.

If you have a master
account, in the Client/Sub Account Selection area, use the radio buttons to
search for client or sub accounts by Account ID, Account Title or Account Alias,
then click the client or sub account
whose transaction history you want to view.

In the Transaction list, select Withdraw Cash.

In the Method list, select
one of the withdrawal types listed in the table below, then follow the
instructions in the table to complete the withdrawal request process.

For Wire, Check, ACH Initiated At KW, SEPA Initiated At KW and Canadian EFT withdrawals, select an
existing bank instruction from the Instruction list if you intend to set up a
recurring transaction for that transaction method.
For check
withdrawals, you do not have to select anything in the Please select list;
simply complete the form on the page.
If a bank instruction for the
institution does not exist, select Add New
Instruction, then create a new bank instruction as described in Adding Bank
Instructions.
Select Add New
Instruction also if you want to create a new recurring
transaction.Recurring deposit transactions also require that you create a bank
instruction before setting up the frequency and method of the
transaction.

In the Amount field, enter the amount of the check, then
click Continue. Your base currency
is displayed for you. |
First, verify that the withdrawal information is correct,
then click Continue.
Then confirm your identity by entering your username and
password, and the confirmation number sent to you via email, then click Confirm Request.
Note: If you did not receive a
confirmation number via email, click Request
Confirmation Number to have a confirmation number sent to your email
address on record. |
ACH Initiated At KW

In the Amount field, enter the amount of the check, then
click Continue. |
Verify that the information on the screen is correct, then
click Continue.
Confirm your identity by entering your username and
password, and the confirmation number sent to you via email, then click Confirm Request.
Note: If you did not receive a
confirmation number via email, click Request
Confirmation Number to have a confirmation number sent to your email
address on record. |
Canadian EFT |
In the Amount field, enter the amount of the check, then
click Continue. |
Verify that the information on the screen is correct, then
click Continue.
Confirm your identity by entering your username and
password, and the confirmation number sent to you via email, then click Confirm Request.
Note: If you did not receive a
confirmation number via email, click Request
Confirmation Number to have a confirmation number sent to your email
address on record. |
Check |
In the Amount field, enter the amount of the check, then
click Continue. The mailing
address associated with your account displays on the screen.
If the address displayed on the screen is incorrect, you
must first update your mailing address before requesting the check withdrawal.
To do this, click Cancel to cancel
the withdrawal, then click Account
Administration and Account
Information in the left pane to access the Account
Information page. |
Verify that the information on the screen is correct, then
click Continue.
Confirm your identity by entering your username and
password, and the confirmation number sent to you via email, then click Confirm Request.
Note: If you did not receive a
confirmation number via email, click Request
Confirmation Number to have a confirmation number sent to your email
address on record. |
SEPA Initiated at KW

In the Amount field, enter the amount of the check, then
click Continue. |
Verify that the information on the screen is correct, then
click Continue.
Confirm your identity by entering your username and
password, and the confirmation number sent to you via email, then click Confirm Request.
Note: If you did not receive a
confirmation number via email, click Request
Confirmation Number to have a confirmation number sent to your email
address on record. |
